BASHGO expert team provides support and practical knowledge through dedicated work force at site to take care of their day to day maintenance activities in all disciplines. Our people are vastly experienced and skilled to undertake a wide variety of work inclusive of plant overhauls.

Preventive Maintenance will prepare an annual Preventive maintenance schedule based on the OEM (Original equipment manufacturer's) recommendations and the client's operational parameters.

Predictive Maintenance services augment the trending of overall vibration amplitudes with the trending of additional parameters, selected to detect specific types of machine faults; such as abnormal vibrations, misalignment, looseness, Fitment, unbalance, and defective bearing. Frequency spectrum and time waveform plots are used for analysis when problems are indicated.  

Break Down Maintenance programs are time-based, involve all technical crew in the problem-solving process, and identify the root causes using Failure Analysis Mode, to prevent repletion of breakdowns in future.

Opportunity During Shutdown Maintenance Due to the process requirement there may be a postponement of shifting the schedule. In such cases we will shift the schedule to attend the equipment during the shutdown or turnaround.
