Mr. Gomathinayagam, is Director and Founder of BASHGO MAITNENANCE SERVICES PVT. LTD. He is responsible for the direction and management of the company’s development in the India, as well as management of a long-standing business unit that was headquartered in Chennai, India. He previously held the positions of Vice President and General Manager at similar type of industrial service provider. Mr. Gomathinagayam actuarial career spans 40 years. He holds an engineering degree from Madurai University.

Mr. Raju Balamurugan has more than 15 years of experience in the engineering industry. He is responsible for all aspects of BAHSGO business process outsourcing. His experience in includes directing technology, operations, sales and business initiatives for companies including Spic and Photronics. Since joining Bashgo in 2005, Raju has used his strong executive relationship management skills to develop and maintain productive business relationships with a focus on best practices, continuous improvement and quality customer services.

Mr. Irshad Ali has 25 years of experience in the industry and proven success in recruiting independent agents. Prior to joining BASHGO, he was heading an infrastructure company. Mr. Irshad Ali has also acted as a liaison between local and middle east companies.

Mr. Shanmugar has over 9 years of experience in marketing and business development with companies including industrial alliance. Mr. Shanmugar has served as Manager, System Administrator of Software companies. His responsibilities have included involvement in the merger, acquisition and demutualization of several companies and blocks of business. He holds a MBA in International Business from Staffordshire University in United Kingdom and MCA from Madras University, Chennai. Mr. Shanmugar is responsible for directing activity with respect to mergers and acquisitions in the India and other abroad clients.
