Operation Manager (Code: OM-Q-001)
	10 -15 years of relevant experience
	An engineering graduate, competent in all technical & commercial aspects that the position may require
	Around 7 years experience in oilfield machine shop equipment repair & maintenance filed or similar position/s with an overall experience of around 15 years
	Around 40-50 years of age
	Accountability for the facility / team performance including its HSE performance and continuous improvement
	Set goals and performance targets for team. Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation and initiate improvement programs where required
	Accountable for the daily management and prioritization of an active operations group Supervise engineering, operational, administrative, commercial and contractual planning activities
	Accountability for the manpower planning, skills assessment, and training for the in-house team
	Develop and nurture the skills of subordinates within the unit
	Performance evaluation and effectiveness. Prepare recommendations for senior management regarding improvements and cost savings within the scope of the operation
Sr. Manager (Code: HO-001)
	B.E / DME (Mechanical)
	5-10 years of experience in maintenance of rotating and static equipments
	Knowledge in fabrication of structurals and piping
	Exposure in Preventive Maintenance & critical trouble shooting
	Plan spare part requirements, prepare requisition and ensure procurement
Maintenance Engineer (Code: CS-001)
	BE / DME (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical)
	4 - 7 years of experience in automobile auxillary unit
	Willing to work in shift
	Knowledge in CNC and Hydralics conventitonal machines
	Knowledge in Control Systems like PLC, Scada, etc.,
	Spares Management, Predictive and Preventive maintenance of machineries
Maintenance Technician (Code: CS-002)
	DME / ITI (Mechanical)
	3-5 years of experience in automobile auxillary units
	Willing to work in shifts
	Predictive and preventive maintenance of machineries
	Knowledge in hydraulics, CNC machineries
Control Technician -Maintenance (Code: CS-003)
	Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
	3-5 years of experience in automobile auxillary unit
	willing to work in shifts
	Electrical maintenance of CNC, automotive machines
	Knowledge in control systems like PLC
	Troubleshooting of control systems
Transformer Maintenance Electrician (Code: QR-001)
	Industrial Training certificate / equivalent
	Able to carry out upto 3.5 MVA transformer
	HT/LT transformer overhauling & erection at site
	Oil leakage findings & gasket replacement
	OCTC replacement / repairing
	Cable lying and HT cable joints with brazing
	Dismantling of transformer & draining of oil
	IR value improvement by high vacuum oil circulation
	LV / HV coil winding
Document Controller (Code: QR-002)
	Diploma with computer literate
	Familiar with Quality Management System to ISO 9001
	Experienced in the energy services / process industry
	3 years working experience with good knowledge in control of all in house technical documents such as Quality
